All custom products are handmade and created specifically for the client. Every garment, flag, mantle, and worship arts piece is prayerfully created by hand through a process of design and craftsmanship.

 

Production Process

Timeframe
Thy Kingdom Come International products are NOT mass produced. We create prophetic customs for individual and group ministries.

• Production time is currently 12–16 weeks for custom-handmade products.

• Custom orders begin after payment is received.

• Production timelines may vary depending on design complexity, material availability, and current order volume.

 

Measurements

Thy Kingdom Come International will request the specific measurements needed to complete your custom order. A measurement chart will be provided as a guide; however, customs are created using the measurements submitted by the client and not standard sizing charts.

• Providing accurate measurements is the responsibility of the client.

• Clients are given 5 business days from the date of order placement to submit measurements.

• Production timelines do not begin until all required measurements have been received.

• Thy Kingdom Come International are not responsible for fit issues resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the client.

• If measurements are not submitted within 30 days of purchase, the order may be delayed until all required information is received.

 

Design Process

• Each design is prophetic in nature and created through a prayerful creative process.

• No two designs are exactly alike.

• If you request a garment inspired by a previously created Thy Kingdom Come International design, your piece will reflect the original inspiration but will not be an exact duplicate.

• If you are requesting a completely new custom design, additional design information, color preferences, and inspiration details may be requested through a custom order form or follow-up communicate on.

• Thy Kingdom Come International reserves creative discretion in the design and completion of all custom pieces.

 

Refunds/Returns

All custom products are made to order and created specifically for the client. Therefore, all custom sales are final.

• Custom garments, flags, mantles, and other custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

• Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in fabric, color, dye patterns, and design details are not considered defects.

• Should there be an issue with your order, please contact Thy Kingdom Come International so we may review the matter and work toward a resolution.

 

Shipping & Handling

​U.S. Orders

​

• Orders are shipped upon completion of production.

• Production times and shipping times are separate. Please refer to the Timeframe section for current production estimates.

• Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.

• Thy Kingdom Come International is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

• Thy Kingdom Come International is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• Customers are responsible for monitoring and tracking their package once tracking information has been provided.

• Thy Kingdom Come International does not provide ongoing tracking updates after an order has shipped.

• If a package is lost, damaged, delayed, or shows no tracking movement, customers should contact Thy Kingdom Come International as soon as possible.

• If a shipping address changes prior to shipment, it is the client's responsibility to notify Thy Kingdom Come International and provide the updated address before the order ships.

• If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Thy Kingdom Come International is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

 

International Orders

International orders are welcome. Please review the following information before placing your order.

• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.

• Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services.

• Thy Kingdom Come International is not responsible for delays caused by customs, international shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

• Customers are responsible for monitoring and tracking their package once tracking information has been provided.

• Thy Kingdom Come International does not provide ongoing tracking updates after an order has shipped.

• If a package is lost, damaged, delayed, or shows no tracking movement, customers should contact Thy Kingdom Come International as soon as possible.

• In cases where a package shows no tracking updates for 15 days or more, Thy Kingdom Come International may initiate a claim with the shipping carrier when applicable.

• Thy Kingdom Come International is not responsible for packages that are refused, abandoned, returned, or delayed due to customs requirements.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may be legally imported into their country prior to placing an order.

• If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Thy Kingdom Come International is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

 

Payments & Order Placement

​All payments for Thy Kingdom Come International orders must be submitted through an official invoice or through checkout on the Thy Kingdom Come International website.

• Thy Kingdom Come International does not accept payments through Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, Facebook Messenger, or other third-party payment methods unless otherwise approved.

• Invoices may be paid using most major credit and debit cards.

• Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm are available for qualifying purchases and may be used according to each provider's terms and conditions.

• Thy Kingdom Come International offers payment plans for custom orders.

• Payment plan orders require 50% down at the time of order placement and the remaining 50% balance prior to shipment.

• Clients selecting a payment plan will receive two separate invoices: one for the initial deposit and one for the remaining balance.

• Production timelines begin once the required deposit, measurements, and any requested design information have been received.

• Orders with outstanding balances will not be shipped until payment has been made in full.
